📦 Return due to regret or change of mind

 

Because each piece is custom-made, returns due to change of mind are not accepted once the order is confirmed.

If you have any doubts before purchasing, feel free to contact me.

🔁 Exchanges for damage or defects

 

If your order arrives with any printing defects or is damaged during shipping, please contact me within 7 calendar days after delivery.

Send photos of the product and the packaging so I can evaluate and offer the best solution: replacement, refund, or store credit.

You have up to 7 calendar days after receiving your order to report any problems.

Each photograph is printed on demand, carefully packed and shipped with attention to detail. The total delivery time is divided into two parts:

• Production includes order processing, printing at a professional lab, packaging, and preparing for shipment.

• This may take up to 5 to 7 business days.

 

 

🚚 Shipping by Correios (Brazilian Postal Service)

 

• The delivery time starts after shipping and varies depending on the destination address.

• The exact delivery time is calculated automatically at checkout through the Correios system.
